Alix Mansbach obtained her psychology doctoral degree from the Professional Psychology Program at George Washington University after completing her APA-Accredited pre-doctoral internship through the Centerstone Consortium in Florida. Dr. Mansbach conducts neuropsychological assessment under the supervision of David Black. In addition she obtained a masters degree in social work from Columbia University. Her past clinical experiences in the DC area include both psychological assessment and psychotherapy at the Psychiatric Institute of Washington, GWU Center Clinic, St. Elizabeths Hospital, DC Superior Courts, the Psychological Group of Washington, and Family Compass. Dr. Mansbach also holds a post-graduate certificate in Couples and Family Therapy from the Ackerman Institute for the Family, and a certificate in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy from the American Institute of Psychoanalysis.
