Mary Lewis is a fifth year doctoral student in Immaculata University’s Psy.D. program, and she previously earned her Master’s degree in clinical psychology from Loyola University Maryland. Mary has had extensive training in conducting psychological assessments with children, adolescents, and adults (including autism evaluations using the ADOS-2), through her externship placements at the Kennedy Krieger Institute, Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital, and the Loyola Clinical Centers. Before joining CAAT, Mary was part of an integrated health care team that treated children with Failure to Thrive at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia. Mary has a passion for helping parents learn to manage problematic child behavior through the use of Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and she is also a 200-hour certified yoga instructor. At CAAT, Mary provides psychological assessment services under the supervision of Dr. Tricia Gates-Ulanet, is the PEERS Program Coordinator, and PEERS social coach. Mary is also in the process of becoming a Level 1 PCIT Trainer, and plans to bring PCIT services to CAAT this fall.
