Founded to Provide Integrated Wrap-Around Services
Formed in 2012, the Center for Assessment And Treatment was created to fully support clients by integrating expert assessment and effective treatment services rooted in the thorough understanding of an individual’s cognitive, social emotional and communication abilities and needs. Linking clinical analysis with compassionate care affords our clients the best possible opportunity to maximize their strengths and reach their full potential.
Led by Dr. David O. Black and Mrs. Hope Harris-Black, CAAT seeks to provide competent care across the lifespan.
