Join our Team

The Center for Assessment And Treatment (CAAT), located in Chevy Chase, MD, is an integrated thriving and rapidly growing group of neuropsychologists, developmental psychologists, and therapists.  We provide comprehensive neuropsychological, educational, and developmental assessments and integrated, individualized state- of- the art evidence-based treatment intervention services for children, adolescents, adults, and their families. We provide individual, group, family and couples services.  We serve families across the lifespan and utilize cutting-edge evidence-based tools and outstanding practices to assess and treat a wide range of behavioral, social, emotional, and cognitive conditions.  In addition, we have three specialty clinics specializing in early childhood, autism spectrum disorders throughout the lifespan, and complex learning disabilities.

Administrative Assistant

The Center for Assessment And Treatment is looking for a dedicated, experienced and proactive individual to join our team. We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant with exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for excellent customer service. Job responsibilities include triage incoming phone calls and emails from prospective clients, provide information about services offered and schedule intake/appointments with clinicians. The position also includes providing direct support to clinical staff and various programs within our clinic. Exceptional organizational, time management, multi-tasking skills and attention to detail are required. A successful candidate will have minimally 3-5 years administrative experience in mental health, healthcare or related field.

Adult Neuropsychologist—Neurodevelopmental Disorders 

The Center for Assessment And Treatment is seeking an adult neuropsychologist with extensive experience completing diagnostic and comprehensive evaluations of adults ages 18 and up with neurodevelopmental disorders.  Experience with ages 13 to 18, expertise in autism, and training in the ADOS-2 and ADI-R is preferred, but not required. Applicants with interest/experience in both assessment and intervention is also preferred. Opportunities for training, supervision, and research collaboration are also available.  Benefits include health insurance, 401(k)/profit sharing, flexible schedule, professional development/training stipend, and administrative support. We are a very family friendly work environment. Applicants must have a PhD/PsyD in psychology, be license eligible in the state of Maryland, and have post-doctoral training in neurodevelopmental disorders.  Board certification or eligibility for board certification by the American Board of Professional Psychology is a plus. 

Developmental Psychologist

The Center for Assessment And Treatment is seeking a developmental psychologist with extensive experience completing diagnostic and comprehensive evaluations with young children (0-6) and neurodiverse populations. Expertise in autism, and training in the ADOS-2 and ADI is preferred, but not required. Applicants with interest/experience in both assessment and intervention is also preferred. Opportunities for training and supervision, and research collaboration are also available.  Salary is highly competitive, based on experience. Benefits include health insurance, profit sharing, flexible schedule, professional development/training stipend, and administrative support. We are a very family friendly work environment. Applicants must have a PhD/PsyD in psychology, be license eligible in the state of Maryland, and have post-doctoral training in autism, early childhood, and/or pediatric neuropsychology.

Post-Doctoral Fellow 

The Center for Assessment And Treatment has openings for a pediatric post-doctoral fellow in neuropsychology and in developmental psychology.  Expertise in child development and neurodiverse populations is required.  Training in autism and the ADOS is preferred, but not required.  Training in neuropsychology is required for the neuropsychology post-doctoral position. Opportunities for training and supervision in complex developmental disabilities, learning disabilities, medical/developmental needs, and autism are provided.  Salary is competitive.  Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, profit sharing, flexible schedule, professional development/training stipend, and administrative support.  We are a very flexible, family friendly work environment. 

Psychology Associate

Center for Assessment And Treatment has an opening for a psychology associate. Under direct supervision of a licensed clinical psychologist, the candidate will administer psychological and neuropsychological test batteries to children, adolescents, and adults.  Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills, clinical experience with testing, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.  Master’s or PhD in psychology and eligibility to be a Maryland Psychology Associate is required. Salary based on testing experience. 

Therapist

The Center for Assessment And Treatment is seeking an experienced, licensed clinical psychologist, social worker and/or play therapist to join our team. Ideal candidate should have experience with neurodiverse populations, autism and group therapy. Able to work evenings and weekends is preferred. Opportunities for training and supervision, and research collaboration are also available.  Salary is highly competitive, based on experience. Benefits include health insurance, profit sharing, flexible schedule, professional development/training stipend, and administrative support. We are a very family friendly work environment. Applicants must be license eligible in the state of Maryland.
